Admission procedure for all branches will be started from first May of every academic year.

 

Admission to KGCE courses will be stopped on 30th September, or on the date specified by the Controller of Technical Examinations, Government of Kerala.

 

Admission process to NCVT Courses will be stopped on 31st July or on the date specified by the Directorate of Training (DGE&T), Government of India.

 

Admission to all other Diploma Regular Coaching classes will be continued up to first week of September.

 

Spot admission will be provided against the sanctioned intake of all courses.

 

10% of sanctioned seats are reserved for ST/ST candidates. If sufficient applications not received from ST/ST candidates , these seats will be filled up from general category.

 

Particulars of admitted trainees in KGCE branches and NCVT courses will be uploaded to concerned websites within the time allotted by the controlling authority.

 

Registration process of other diploma students will be completed in September Second week. Students admitted to these classes are responsible to produce required formalities with Demand Draft for registration to the Office on due time.

 

If any student willing to change the trade/stream after provisional admission he/she can apply within the permissible period of admission specified by the controlling authorities. Such cases will be considered only when seat are available in concerned trades.

1. Transfer Certificate(Original)

2. Original Certificates of SSLC/PLUS TWO.

3. Three photo-stat copies of qualifying certificates.

4. Passport size photos- 5 and Stamp size photos- 3

5. Community Certificate ( For SC/ST candidates)
